Masquerade!

For her 16th birthday in November, my buddie Sharpie is having a masquerade ball!

It's a long way off, but time runs away from you, so we've started coming up with ideas now, so any suggestions for food/ decorations/ whatever that is masquerade-y would be helpful :)
